Live Cooking
The “Live Cuisine” section is a space where the gastronomy of our region is highlighted together with the gastronomy of other countries, showing this intercultural crossbreeding. In this way, visitors will be able to enjoy the preparation of various recipes by great chefs from Extremadura.
In addition, within this space will be developed the activity of Tasting of local wines and pairing of I.G.P. Ternera de Extremadura accompanied with Cavas of our region, putting in value these products so typical of our area.
“Cocina en Vivo” will take place in the Cloister of the Convent of San Francisco.
